Hello,
Mr. Roger M. Christian was a dance instructor at both Arthur Murray Dance Studios, Inc., and Fred Astaire Dance Studios, Inc, both of
Buffalo, New York. He turned both serious and professional students in which the activist stage was at the University of Buffalo, largely through the Jewish Studion Union between 1973 to 1982 ending with Ari, the Jewish Students Publication, State University of New York @ Buffalo. Here is where he discovered his consciusness and future behavior amidst several students constantly being pleasantly surprised for what he was doing.

Then at Buffalo State College he turned to serious student. Here assume a mentor relationship with the Internationals, and of which he assisted in the development of the Internat
ional Cultural Fiesta into a mjor funded affair at the end of each academic year. This event became Buffalo's, Erie County largests International event. Here techniques were developed in which the student body social consciousness was affected by the International InterCultural Communications employed throughout the intersocial yearly academic atmosphere led by Buffalo State's
International Student Organization.
It was from here, and Roger's previous experiences during the Vietnam which after 9/11 Mr. Roger M. Christian reflected in the countless thousands and thousands [ 1973 - 1993 ]of student / scholars interviews he had covering a wide field of issues, and discoveries, which evolved as a result, which prompted his present activist stage with the
Internet.

Culture, or what most of us calls '
The Arts ' is one of the major components of
International InterCultural Communications and once share, lets say on a stage with dancing, as did what happen at Buffalo State's College's International Student Organizations' International Cultural Fiesta, where personal self discoveries were made when ones culture was compared to anothers culture. It was in the very physical personal discoveries which came about in one comparing their own cultures, literally through ethnic dance which they became more fully appreciative of their own cultural values often changing their own persona as a result. Overall this theme's influence led the International Student Organizations centrality of spirit and issue of idenity as internal conflicts never occured.

In additional examinations both during his time with the International Student Organization, State University College at Buffalo, and up to the present, his major discovery is that this program is still both a National, meaning the United States, an International role model cultural program. More importantly in areas in which similar programs have occured, the same behavioral impact which occured at Buffalo State conflict preventioning was the primary affect.

So to the membership of this Buffalo Niagara Arts and Culture group and to others who are likewise, reading this you should reflect and then look to your own developement of promotional programs as well as marketing skills in which its center is InterCultural Communications. This prepares both this group and others who are affected to generate your - our - own programs.

Mr. Roger M. Christian Ithaca, New York.
